Subscription Tiers and Features

Beta Pro Plan: Exclusive pricing for those that signed up for the Beta Waitlist. The plan comes with 100GB of storage and 3600 credits (3 hours of footage) per month.

Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for teams or organizations needing extensive usage and personalized support.

Additional credits can be purchased in blocks of 600 credits.

Billing Cycle and Payment Methods

Clipsense offers flexible billing options, allowing you to choose between monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions come at a 15% off discounted rate for greater savings.

Payment processing is done through Stripe.

Billing occurs on the date you subscribe and renews automatically on the same date for the next cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the pricing page inside the Clipsense application.

  1. Once logged in, select the "Buy Credits" button at the type right corner inside the Clipsense application.

  2. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

Canceled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point your account will revert to the free version. Refunds are not provided for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions.

Trial Period

New users can take advantage of a 14-day free trial period, which gives full access to Clipsense features. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
